St. John Bosco's Conference of St. Vincent de Paul strives to live our faith and continually enhance the spirituality of our members by:
-Seeking out and assisting the impoverished, suffering, and needy with gifts of our faith,
resources, and prayers.
-Serving those in need without judgment and with a compassionate spirit.
-Promoting dignity, love, and respect through personal contact.
Our conference consists of members of the parish. We provide assistance to our neighbors with clothing, furniture, utility assistance, referrals to other agencies, and other services. We are associated with and receive administrative support from the Tacoma Council of the international Society of St. Vincent de Paul. We meet alternating Tuesdays. Our members rotate the responsibilities of answering requests from our neighbors and assisting with their needs as much as our resources allow.
